DPR submitted as two parts ( TPTY - PAK & PAK - KPD). Waiting for approval from Rly Board
The clearing work seen at multiple locations is to add loop lines in stations including Bmmasamudram, Ramapuram, Siddampalli, panapakam etc to facilitate train crossings.

Did you notice in multiple places between CTO & KPD, linear clearing of land is done beside existing line
Chittoor reserve forest, bandPalle, siddampalli, peyanapalli etc.
