I remember the days when this train was meant as an exclusive overnight connection for Agra, Mathura with Allahabad (Prayagraj). Especially helpful for people visiting Allahabad High Court.
When it got extended to Jaipur, this is EXACTLY what I feared.
Extend it to Sri Ganganagar or Bikaner or Jodhpur or Hisar or Barmer or Ajmer or wherever they want.

Yeah, I remember a person.
Used to call Mumbai Rajdhani "King" or something giving "smart and intelligent" reasons for same. Even people of Mumbai aren't that mad for Mumbai Rajdhani 😂😂.

Actually 1 and 3 are same points.
Since Gorakhpur is the shortest route between Patna and Delhi and Patna Rajdhani is totally full during normal times, there seems justification for one more Rajdhani.
Here Railfans aren't demanding extension of some other state's Rajdhani or diversion of existing Rajdhani. They're simply demanding a new service from the rakes that would get freed after converting Patna Rajdhani into Patna Tejas Rajdhani.

It has been years due to MBA and subsequent Pandemic since I've traveled to Rewa. It would be first time since I'll see Wiring beyond Katni Junction towards Satna. I'm waiting to enter Rewa behind an Electric Locomotive.
Let's see how things go, hopefully I'll get enough holidays next year from office to do some trips. 🙂

Yes, Swaroop has gained the status of Legendary Traveler.
Really happy to see the sheer number of people following his trips.
My first conversation with him was basically a fight on the cleanliness done by Secunderabad Station Staff in Secunderabad Pune Shatabdi Express, observed during one of my trips in that train years ago. 😂😂 Since then we matured and had some positive and progressive conversations. 😁
