WAP 4 Electric Locomotives !! The BEST ELECTRIC Engine of Indian Railways
A Special Train was Introduced between KSR Bengaluru and Danapur, to clear the Extra Rush of Passengers rushing towards their hometowns, due a 14 day Lockdown in Karnataka. The Train, numbered 06591, was led by a WAP 7 from Royapuram (RPM), Southern Railways (SR), on the Bengaluru - Chennai Leg of the Journey !!
Siddhaganga Express, Dharwad Bengaluru (02726) and Bengaluru Dharwad (02725), both running as COVID Special trains, almost cross each other !! Both the trains are led by WDP 4B locomotives from Diesel Loco Shed, Hubballi (UBL). At first, 02725 / Bengaluru Dharwad Siddhaganga Superfast Express, led by a WDP 4B crosses first, and disappears into the distant horizon, after a few minutes, led by another WDP 4B, 02726 / Dharwad Bengaluru Siddhaganga Superfast Express appears in full notch and crosses us later on. Enjoy watching these counterpart trains almost crossing each other.
