Currently Railway has taken good decision to cancel the passengers train Becoz of rising covid cases.
And, for better occupancy railway have to revised the timing of this train like 6am departure Becoz many people are traveling to capital everyday in morning.So,if timing will revise then it will help the people and railway too.

Railway has to introduce one memu or intercity types trains from Muzaffarpur to Patna for daily travelling passenger in early morning 🌅 for office going people ,like other cities of Bihar have!
That will give good benifit to people of North Bihar.
