So much maintenance and bedrolls issues from the start of this train, home zone can at least deploy an OBHS onboard.
Is giving sufficient bedrolls also passing Zone's responsibility ? Which has been an consistent issue from start.
Indian Travelers are pathetic in terms of respecting public property, but same kind of travelers can be found in Premium Trains as well still they don't stoop down to this condition.

can't be blamed everytime, Danapur/Bengaluru are at fault here.
One Train having ISO Certification doesn't justify poor maintainence for other. ISO Certification doesn't bail out Divisions from performing their basic responsibilities of providing enough bedrolls and OBHS Service on this train.

There's an umentioned but implied "Using your Logic".
And using YOUR logic, NR has abundant Electric Locomotives compared to ECR or NCR or WCR so if NR doesn't provide those- trains won't have enough Electric Locomotives to run on Electric Traction.

If NR is not using Electric Locomotives in Bhatinda (I don't have much idea about that place) then they must be waiting for something because they do have plenty of Electric Locomotives to serve their entire area without any outside help.

Yeah the same way NR is using WCR Kota owned Tughlakabad ELS for Delhi based trains (mostly those who are maintained by other Zones).
Same goes for Kanpur ELS which Serves ECR owned Delhi terminating trains.
And the reason can be looked backed to abundance of Electric Locomotives in NR ESPECIALLY high speed ones like WAP 7 and WAP 5 which are mostly used by trains like Prayagraj, Allahabad Duronto, Shram Shakti, etc.
