Why wasting money in renovating ICF rake ? Better to give LHB new rake
I too agree with u.money is wasted on just painting and decorating an icf rake where as passengers got neither safety nor comfort nor speed.better railway stop this kind of experiment and use this money for increase the production of lhb rakes

I think poorva is deliberately delayed in allahabad and kanpur. I observed all trains during that time that includes purushottam sampoorna kranti and vikramshila most of which reaches delhi on time.it is mostly poorva which gets delayed by 1to 3 hours. Also deliberately letting poorva get thrashed in hands of sampoorna kranti. For example yesterday it i saw poorva crossed karchana 1 min early .same train was deyed by 1 hour 30 min just to reach allahabad which was not more than 12 to 15 km away.

What is use of upgrading an icf coach when eventually all train will be lhb fied
It will be a waste of money in the part of railways because these icf rakes would return to its old condition within 2months

I would like to rectify ur statement that it will take 20 to 30 years to lhbfy all trains in india.it will take 5 to 6 years only as no of lhb rakes production has drastically increased .more over i think investment in upgrading icf coaches are pure waste of money. Because one is getting neither speed nor safety nor comfort. I bet these icf coaches will return to its pathetic form in just 1month. It will be better if railway stops wasting money in upgrading these icf rakes but rather use it in production of more and more lhb rakes

I dont think bbs raj will get stop. Railway selfishly ignoring west bengal as center is in disagreement with state.it will be better if ser railway run a dedicated humsufar or super ac exp to delhi from src via kgp tata prr bksc. Public will be benefited.
