If loco changed and train also touch Kakinada town that will solved I think? How? Let me tell you.<br />1. East coast came to VSKP with SRC/HWH WAP-4.current loco deactivated and a WAM /WAP loco attached for BZA in Rare. Now THIS LOCO WILL TAKE EAST COAST TO CCT Where this will detached and again Main loco activated.( Instead of LR in CCT just Loco change) Loco attachment takes 10 mints where LR TAKE 20-25 Mints. In the saved 20 mints of LR in CCT & VSKP it can easily connect CCT on before time also. Is it not possible? <br />2. About BBS-SC Visakha express also same up to CCT. Change is in CCT it will get Diesel loco which has to be attached at RJY.(It have 15 mints halt in RJY for loco change and that can be used in CCT. <br />Please share your comments.<br />Thanks.

Many region doesnt deserves many trains if you can rational and sensible.
