I have never seen these in working condition creates a big confusion for passengers while catching their trains.<br />* Lack of basic facilities like Mobile charging points on every platform, proper food stalls(although you will find few snacks), lack of seating space. lockers, beware of Pickpocketing, Don't hope for the ATM installed in Station premises always work <br />* The management is not installing lifts on these platforms(6-7,4-5, 2-3). Hence, people could have only use lift for upstairs but not for downstairs.<br />* Darbhanga bound superfast trains don't have glasses on their window(toilets) in the sleeper class. As a division Samastipur focus on these areas as well.<br />* Due to lack of inter connectivity of railway tracks and Non- electrification of Platform 2-3, you will never expect few trains like Vaishali Express on Platform No1 or Rajdhani Express on Platform No 7. <br />* The momentum of renovation work is extremely slow. For last 5 years, the station looks like in under-construction. <br />* Recently Samastipur lost its position in terms of cleanliness with respect to its competitor Gorakhpur and Chhapra.<br />Thanks!
