CKP-Tata looks like RSA with HWH-CKP Exp.

Moderators to do that I guess, IRI showing both trains as Express Specials.. not sure why!
BBN-ROU was in the list of Permanently cancelled ones, but it has nothing to do with the introduction of these two trains, in one direction the timing matches that's all. Some MEMU or Pass should also run from CKP towards KDJR/BBN and PRR/ADRA also other than only mainline TATA-ROU.

Agitation is planned from 4th, as most of the trains introduces after lockdown the stope at Goilkera, Sonua, Posoita etc stations have been removed.
Specially Utkal, South Bihar, Alleppey, Kurla and Ispat had many stops in between CKP-ROU. Moreover Tata-ITR and TATA-BSP are now Exp, later is yet to be introduced. They want stops to be restored as before.

I think notification was to introduce it from 7th Sept, let's see what happens..
Discussions were ON between Railway Officials and Village heads/Representatives till late evening in installments in CKP HQ, officers may be updating and discussing the same with Zonal heads.
Villagers are also determined as it involved a lot of efforts to arrange and finalize the blockade, planned from tomorrow morning.

Looks like Tata-BSP also started running as decided earlier from 7th, but no much press release after the initial one long back.

No strong demand from those sections for train towards ckp, rou, they mostly want towards tata and howrah.
I too believe each route must have a pair of MEMU, like CKP-BBN/KDJR and CKP-PRR/ADRA, which are less than 200km.

Yes CKP-Gomoh kind of MEMU Exp must be intercity Exp with 1-2 CC class.

Moreover he must help his own party's useless MPs atleast to form Govt a party has to depend on all useful and useless ones also, it is difficult to arrange so many useful people in a party. Atleast Tata MP belongs to the same party that Mr. Dubey belong.

I think for crew management, it has to touch Tata or CKP with reversal. If they don't want reversal then after CKP it will go the Utkal way, just to cater the pax of KDJR areas. Any ways what ever Odisha have demanded most of them got fulfilled, moreover there about 12-13 trains between PURI/BBS and Delhi NCR Area and all of them follows a different route, none of the trains' route are completely same.
