Any predictions when passenger trains are going to start normally? Do you feel there will be some change in passenger train movement after passenger trains start moving? If yes what type of changes we are going to see ?

By analyzing the situation, it seems that It would take at least 1.5 to 2 months before it's back to the normal routine. (This happens if situation is in favor else it would take even longer)

Sahi baat hai ... Kuch hi train bs bachen hai jo reliable hai jinme ticket mil jata hai ... I agree ki dynamic fare hatana chahiye but kuch traino ko fully AC hi rakhni chahiye, gkp route pe aisi sirf 3 train hai ... Waise train ki popularity sirf paise kam kar dene se nahi aati bhut saare factors hote hai jinme se timing, safety, cleaned is the top priority at least for me ... Durso ke liye ho skta hai other factors ho
