THE HONORABLE MINISTER OF RAILWAY SHOULD START SOME REFUND ON TATKAL CANCELLATION OTHERWISE IT IS DIFFICULT TO CLEAR EVEN WAITING NO. 1. government must start some percentage on cancellation of TATKAL TICKETS, otherwise why the passenger will go and cancel the ticket, due to this waitlisted no.1.also has to PARY to TT.This will be benifit only for TT in TRAIN.

The railway has issued notification that on TATKAL no any refund will be given. That will make problems for waiting ticket even no. 1. if railway give even 25% refund public will cancell the ticket , other wise even after cancel of programme person will not go for cancellation.why he waster his time and money,when he / she knows no any refund will be given, and ue to this waitlist no 1 also has to request to TT.

It is my view that railway should allow to cancel confirm tatkal tkt, otherwise how the waitlister will confirm., than wait listed has to take round of TTE.so this is the best positive favour to TTE by railway .
