Perhaps, one at KUR is confirmed (in place of old steam shed). Reg. another at RGDA, its already nearest to VSKP. May be at BHC or SBP. Loco POH workshop at Kalahandi is also in pipeline.

One pair can be extended upto Bhadrak & another upto JER or KGP.

Why can't Amrit Bharat trains be a subset of Mail/Express trains? Why can't the train from Ayodhya be called "Ayodhya - Darbhanga Express"? Apart from push/pull stuff, there is nothing revolutionary. It's not like the interiors suddenly resemble a modern Swiss coach. IR must be the only railways with more than a dozen category of trains already running; each having overlaps with one another. Most of them can just be subsumed under the Mail/Express category[ be it Antyodaya, Duronto, Sampark Kranti or what not; there are basically just minor differences].
