There is small shop that sells snack items like idli, chips, cold drinks etc. Not sure at what time it opens.
Although I did not alight at this station, my train 12619 reached on 03-Nov-2019 at 3:45 AM or so. Noticed that there was no light on the platform. People were using their mobile lights and rushing towards their respective coach. Only a section of the platform was lit where I could read the station name.
Train kept running at mediocre speed throughout its journey and reached my destination MRDW 1 hour late of its scheduled time.
Food was loaded at Khed and we ordered only Aloo Paratha which was ok in taste and costed Rs 60/- We had ordered food from TravelKhana which reached us at Chiplun. It was ok in taste nothing really great
Bedding was ok but the seats of A1 coach were bit dirty. Also, noticed cockroaches on the seats
