but what abt the quality of service viz quality of blankets in ac, non issue of towel, used and dirty sheet. bad shapped and uncomfortable births. they are responsibility of IR.

IR can only do what it can. I have seen passengers blow their nose in the sheets,wipe shoes with their towel,wipe greasy(oily) hands in the sheets etc. No amount of washing will remove the stains. Am sorry to say we Indians are one of the dirtiest people around.Even Sub-saharan Africa is cleaner. Am sure I will get get lot of brickbats but I like to call spade a spade. With the amount of money we pay for our tickets IR provides us more than enough(regarding berths,blankets etc). Actually IR is running a charitable service(social responsibility) in my opinion.

ok then lets agree on thing. IR should stop providing bedding in AC coaches and reduce ticket price accordingly. peoples will manage the things accordingly by their own. then there will be on complaints like this. nd make fine costing 4 times the ticket cost one has if he is cought siptting or dirtying coaches. but at the same time, IR must make such arrangement to stop begger, various seller from entering into train, who do not have any ticket thus cannot be fined.
