Tadipatri, in the Anantapuram District of AP, is a well known historical pilgrim center.
Given below are some of the piligrim centers much with the resemblance to the Hampi & Melkote.
-----------------------
attractions 1 & 2 are accessible with an Auto rickshaw.... You can hire an Auto from Railway station to take you around all these places and drop you back at station.
...

attraction 3 has APSRTC bus connectivity from the Tadipatri bus stand which is 3 kms to the railway station.
-------------------
Attractions:
------------------
1. Chintala Venkataramana Swamy (Chintalaraya Swamy) Temple dedicated to venkateswara (balaji) built by the rulers of Vijayanagara Empire has a very rich stone art work and is an architectural wonder. Has the pillars which would produce SAREGAMA sounds when played resembling to the ones at Hampi temple.
2. Bugga ramalingeswara swamy temple dedicated to the Eswara built by the rulers of Vijayanagara empire. Bugga Means "A water source coming out of the earth by self". It resembles to most of the Eswara temples like Gokarna. The semi finished north entrance gopuram resembling the famous Melkote gopuram. This entrance opens doors to the Pennar River.
3. Aluru kona ranganayaka swamy temple dedicated to the Ranganayaka Swamy (Vishnu in sleeping posture) is about 17 kms from TU railway station through a small ghat road. The river-let that flows by the side of the temple which has step wise water falls and have layers of swim friendly water bodies. The water is very clear and is mild even though it flows close to the Cement Factories like L & T & Pennar.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
