After getting down from Train at SC. If u have to go towards Banjara hills-Mehindipatnam Use the main Exit on Pf1 an dcatch buses from there.
If you want to go towards ECIL-Kushaiguda then Exit through the Ratifile Exit on Pf1 and you will get buses at Ratifile bus stop
If you are gong towards Uppal-Dilshuknagar-Hayatnagar exit through pf10 and walk a bit towards bus stop

Birla temple u need to catch 5k from secunderabad and tell conductor to get down at Birla temple, u can walk to the temple... Once done come to ladki ka pull bus stop hardly 1km from Birla temple bus stop, from there catch 142g which directly goes to golkonda Fort, if u wish to go to balaji temple chilkur u will get direct busses from mwhdipatnam, again to go to mwhdipatnam from Birla temple by stop catch 5k again or go to ladki ka pull and catch any bus to mwhdipatnam.. 5k, 5m, 158,..

If any one wants go to Visa Balaji temple Just come out in PF 1 Exit, After coming out station entrance look right there are lot of buses will be available for Mehdipatnam. Route No's ares 5, 49 including setwin services (Which will charge you but not issue ticket. a Mini bus for self employment started by Previous A.P.Government.) Get Down at Mehdipatnam from Where u can get Frequent buses to Chilkur Balaji Temple. giving u some links to know the correct bus. Always prefer Govt.Buses in which Conductor can give u correct guidance to get down where. In these Bus stand s there are controllers also who can guide u very well to catch which bus for any stop. Take their advise which is very useful for safe and easy journey.
