Most of the special trains of ECR use these blue ICF coaches. The CR liveried coaches were even freshly painted.
I guess these are spare coaches just lying around in the yards, that's why the original livery is still intact.

Total 150 Rake aaye hai All over IR se usme NCR ka count nahi hai aur jis Zone se Rake aaye hai vahi Loco bhi diya hai per rake 2 Loco ek aage ek pichhe WR se 15 Rake gaye hai yani 300 coach aur 20 coach vali MEMU ke 4 Rake yani 80 coach total 380 Coach WR diya hai 30 Loco diya hai Mostly BL/VTA ke Locos gaye aur additinal 180+ staff bhi gaye hai
