Is the dress code for taking the RRB Exam at the iON exam center formal or casual?

In Maharashtra, we had an exam of Water Conservation Dept. of Junior Engineer kept by WCD Aurangabad (Now Chattrapati Sambhajinagar) in one of the centers in Amravati Paper got leaked. The paper which was kept in February again got postponed in month of July due to this. Hope this kind practice we would not see in these exams.
Formals not mandatory as it's a competitive exam only not interview.
