Mumbai Metro 3 is expected to submit an application to invite the Commissioner of Railway Metro Safety (CMRS) next week to inspect various safety aspects of the metro systems. The first phase was initially scheduled to begin on July 24, 2024, but has been postponed due to pending work. The new start date has not yet been announced. The Aqua Line, a 33.5 km underground metro with 27 stations (26 underground and 1 on the ground), is expected to offer 260 daily services, accommodating approximately 1.7 million passengers.

Pehle yeh phase 24 July, 2024 ko shuru hone wala tha, lekin pending kaam ke wajah se delay ho gaya hai. Naya start date abhi tak announce nahi kiya gaya hai. Aqua Line, jo 33.5 km lamba underground metro hai, mein 27 stations hai (26 underground aur 1 ground pe). Yeh daily 260 services provide karega, aur almost 1.7 million passengers ko carry karega.
