Joshi has also requested that the new train, Puri Darshan Nagar Express, be routed through Hazaribagh Town. The distance between Muri and Koderma via Bokaro is 179 km, while via Hazaribagh, it is 195 km, making the difference minimal.

कोडरमा से होकर जाएगी, जिससे हजारीबाग को सीधी कनेक्टिविटी मिलेगी। हजारीबाग झारखंड का एक महत्वपूर्ण शहर है, लेकिन अभी तक इसे लंबी दूरी की रेल सेवाएं नहीं मिल पा रही हैं। इससे छोटानागपुर मंडल को भी लाभ होगा और ट्रेन के समय सारिणी में ज्यादा बदलाव नहीं आएगा। जोशी ने यह भी अनुरोध किया है कि नई ट्रेन, पुरी दर्शन नगर एक्सप्रेस, को भी हजारीबाग टाउन से होकर चलाया जाए। मूरी और कोडरमा के बीच बोकारो से होकर दूरी 179 किमी है, और हजारीबाग से होकर 195 किमी, जिसमें बहुत ज्यादा अंतर नहीं है।
