It was introduced from JBP only.
Earlier ran as JBP-SRC special, then got approved in IRTTC and featured in TAAG as JBP-SRC HS (WCR Number),even the Rake arrived JBP, but later got some unknown issues on PM and WCR rake got transferred to NFR (running as AGTL-SMVT) and finally it was decided that JBP-SRC will now have ownership of SER SRC and inaugurated from JBP.
