SECR literally is a freight based Zone. They already have dedicated extra lines for freight on almost all of their Major route.
Due to Power Crisis because shortage of Coal some months ago, SECR literally got a free hand in freight movement especially in Jharsuguda Bilaspur Section.
So they've been using that card since then.

more... SECR most posts are about Anaconda Freight, Sheshnaag Freight etc. 😂 Not about Public Amenities. They haven't even made 2nd Terminal of Raipur: Naya Raipur yet. They even let a Dedicated Rajdhani going to their own Zonal Headquarter Bilaspur get regulated heavily in favour of Freights.
I guess they got really pissed about NWR implementing High Rise OHE in it's area for Double Stack Movement of Freight which they missed out on that ingenious idea. 😂 SECR has also made people appreciate the controlling of NCR Prayagraj Division more- something that people thought won't be possible in foreseeable future.
It'd be better to run Passenger Trains with Freight Locomotives or with some High Capacity Parcel Vans so that in the least SECR get's confused about whether to Stop a train or let it go. 😂
