RCF proposed design of LHB AC LS(GS) with 4+1 modular seating pattern and no partition b/w compartments.Also AC unit cooling capacity increased from conventional 7 tonnes to 10 tonnes at both ends.

This is just too small fault for ICF manufactured coaches .Zones like SWR in between had asked RB to allot them coaches from different PU's due to quality issues.Also they submitted a detailed 59 page report to RB explaining all issues.
