Trip Date: 24th April 2022.
Lots of Slack, 15 minute unscheduled halt at Hindaun City outers, heavily regulated at Vadodara and in between Dahanu Road and Palghar. Still managed to be on time at Vadodara and Mumbai Central. Before time at all stations except Valsad, Vapi and Borivali.
Pathetic Food: No jam in Breakfast. 2 Namkeens in Evening Snacks no sandwich. Tasteless Dal, Undercooked Rice, Red Chilli Powder infused what they wanted call a Matar Paneer. Only decent thing to eat was Dahi from Mother Dairy, Omelette in Breakfast and Soan Cake from...

Yes, my colleague in Supreme Court traveled in both trains in first AC, post the 12951/52 getting tejas rake.
He said even though the WR Raj had new tejas rake, service quality like catering, obhs, cleaning was more better in CR Raj.
This was Diwali time last year. After that, many trips followed here support that.

That's where the problem began.
MCF didn't even make provision for Walkway Curtains in 2AC. CDO in their capacity did a below par job and customer suffer and complain regarding same.
Even the locking mechanism in Toilets where sensor gets activated is not maintained properly. Toilet in my coach didn't lock properly, had to use H1 washroom due to that.

Side curtain provision was not made in Agtl Tejas 2a also don't know the reason. Maintenance standard of premium trains have slowly gone down over past few years and because of this they are loosing their Prestige.
Obviously, in order to match that, they had definitely cut corners where the earlier hospitality offered is no where to be seen
