The main reason of such emptiness is the high fare of this train

745 Rs inclusive of catering charges (245 Rs is the catering charge). Only First Class present.
Another train leaving at 6:35 pm has all types of accommodations with max fare Rs 300 in First Class (no catering)

Not bad, finally its Luxury..
I found the other one (Rs 300 First Class) to be more spacious than this one. It had 5 person cabins which seemed good. Anyways, every person has their own choice. Next Sat-Sun, this train has 100% occupancy owing to peak time rush in Shimla.
