Lets make a list of trains whose RSA don't make any sense at all or we can say that these trains can run with independent rakes and don't need RSA at all

The reason Karnataka Express and SBC MAS mail RSA was to save 1 Rake otherwise it would take 5 Rakes for Karnataka and 2 Rakes for SBC MAS mail, but I do agree that their RSA should be broken because in winters Karnataka Karnataka railways gets delayed and SBC MAS mail gets rescheduled always.
With this explanation of your I can take Brindavan, Kovai, Vachinad and Intercity off the list but other trains is not justified.

2. During that time Magadh was the culprit it was Magadh which was always delayed which delayed 22482/81. In fact 22481/82 didn't used to run daily individually it was because of RSA with Magadh it was made daily.
