** Railways is not charging daily commuters anything extra!!! MST holders won't be paying this station development. Nor will the poorest travelers such as second ordinary. But they will still be able to enjoy benefits of this development.
** 10 Rs is better than the 15 still being charged.
** People don't mind paying even 100 more for cab/auto. They won't mind paying 25/50 extra for the amenities.

In comparison, luxury buses/private cars don't offer Waiting halls/rooms, toilets, refreshment or free wifi at originating/destinations. Neither do they offer in travel toilets (add showers for AC1 which even airlines don't offer).
** Road travelers do pay toll some way or the other which escalates costs but don't complain. Here, too, 2-3 wheelers are exempted. In many stretches cars are also exempted. Poor taken care of. Who is complaining?
** Station development means more facilities to pax like longer and more platforms, better waiting facilities, entertainment, shopping while waiting -- mall like (most of developing stations will have this facility), more and better connectivity to other platforms and the free wifi.
** This will attract more pax!!
** Do you want all these facilities/amenities to come at the expense of non railway using tax payers? Anyway, they are already paying for all rail users like doubling, strengthening/ augmentation/ upgradation of track/ bridge, new lines and projects like DFCs and HSRs etc.
