Agra and Jhansi are one of the best divisions in handling trains. Just because Prayagraj Pride Division tumhare side ki trains ko troll karta hai iska matlab ye nahi ki pura division kharab hai. And over that jitna traffic NCR handle karta hai various Directions se wo sabse zada both including freight as well as passenger. Think before you make any assumptions about any zones.

there is a difference between PRYJ, JHS and AGC divisions, Plus there is a huge load of freight trains too, do come with bucketful of facts before giving any opinions just because trains of our regions get late. Jitni trains NCR handle karta hai utni trains pure tumhare divison mein hongi bhi nahi. Come with proper facts study the reports of FOIS, CRIS and DFCCIL. Just a simple disagree rating won't work here.
Handling 400 trains on a daily basis is a big deal. Not like Jodhpur just handling roughly 50-100 trains.

NCR doesn't has its own trains jitna uske pass passing trains ka load hai, agar aapke zones itna interested hein trains ko Via NCR le jaane ka liye toh ye pax or aapke respective zones ki problem hai naa ki NCR ki.
Depends of location too. NCR teen taraf delhi ko connectivity deta hai isliye demand zada hai, ab ye bhi nahi pata tumko toh kya hi kar sakte hein. Demand jahaan zada hoti hai trains wahi chalti hein yahi reason hai ki NCR ke pass DFC, 3rd line aur 4th line ke projects hein, alike your zone jahan abhi tak kayi jagah 2nd line ka kaam bhi nahi hua hai kyunki wahan demand hi nahi hai.
