Stop hatna bahut mushkil hai khaskar Bihar me.. abhi kuch saal pahle tak ye Kiul skip karne wali probably only M/E train thi.. baad me KIUL pe LC hona shuru hua aur wo technical halt bana fir IR ne sare technical halt ko commercial bana diya to KIUL bhi commercial halt ho gaya. aur KIUL me LC me kafi time lagta tha to VS aur BP Mail ka LC again DDU ho gaya. means KIUL halt bana dah gaya.
same with BBS Rajdhani. GMO pe 2301 aur 2313 se OT ke liye almost 1hr tak khadi rahti thi. GMO technical halt considered tha uska. later sare technical halt ko commercial banaya to GMO (actually DHN) ko BBS Rajdhani mil gayi. ...
