These cities were also backward till last 15 years but around 2000 when infrastructure was developed, it took 10 years for getting developed completely. And now contribution of GB Nagar district in economy of UP is 10%.

They DON'T understand UP's population is 22 CRORE… which is indeed HUGE!!
