in Noida we have many flyovers , we call them fly overs as they are usually built to cross a junction point or crossing.

more... Noida authority build a over head road that connect sector 18 to sec 61 (appx. 5 Kms) by crossing many crossings (5 or 6) , they named it "Noida Elevated Road"
no one call it flyover.
Similarly in rohtak the length of track being build is very long compare to a single railway flyover, that's why they are calling it elevated rail track.
I have no idea if its first elevated track or not but defiantly it differs from a flyover due to difference in length and purpose it solve.
