please look at the running time between as per zbtt of diverted 110 mps Rupashi is 2 hrs 45 mnts
and 130 mps 12019 is 2 hrs 17 mnts ( i.e 28 mnts less)
and in dn zbtt rupashi is 3 hrs
and 130 kmps starrer 12020 is 2 hrs 48 mnts(12 mnt)

Anyday a Shatabdi is royal then ordinary AC chair car a customer who wants the service and comfort will travel by it and not change for 15 to 30mins saving few 10s of rupees. I being from Vskp when I was travelling in 2012 from Vskp To SBC in summer by sleeper class all the gangway is blocked and only 2 washroom are available that too stinker. From that trip I never used any train from HWH or NE and started travelling by bus even it is Rs 1500 against Rs 400.
