Hahaha for achieving the said thing all kind of booking post SKI should be restricted and IR will have to implement a new system where all quota of the train will be kept restricted upto desired station of patronage !!

To achieve what? Its today's CR AVL & GEN Quota is already shared by various stations!!
If you restrict booking like the way you said, you may find 30-35% takers with not even 10% for E2E!!

I am saying suppose if 700 berths are there and if it is desired that all these 700 berths should be filled by the source station or source region then ir will have to implement a new system where bookings on all these 700 berths will only be available for the desired locations say jyg/mbi/ski in this case . It's an hypothetical system which is necessary to fill a particular train as desired and discussed by rfs on iri..

since madhubani and sonpur shares same quota to aapke dwara ki gyi booked berth jyg-see me current me aayegi hi . So current availabilities toh aani hi hai. Yhan pe ek train ko completely fill karne ki baat ki ja rhi uske liye bs ek hi raasta mujhe dikhta hai and that is explained above ,that hypothetical suggestion to be given to ir in order to fill one train from one location or region.

You only need demand to fill XYZ Berth & then you can run train as non-stop (is that demand exist?)!! Various Booking legs get created, not just in GEN but PQ/RLGN also. Even with presence of various legs, WL is presumed to be from source by most bloggers!!
Booking is opened for JYG/DBG/SPJ from day one & none stop JYG to completely fill its allocated Quota!!
