Yes mostly BSP ELS will help in reduce the congestion of BIA ELS in goods loco. Btw I think now SECR should electrify the Raipur DLS also.......

Abhi next 1-2 years mein to jinka already announced hai, unka kaam badhna bhi mushkil hai bcoz saare GMs ko circular issue hua hai non essential/extremely urgent work ko chhodkar baki saare kaam rokne ke liye, chaahe pink book mein mention ho ya na ho;like JMP dls. Raipur DLS ka to abhi initiate bhi nahi hua
