Just a suggestion from my end to full utilization of Dhauli SF rakes.
The rakes can be transferred to the ECoR SBP division and a RSA pattern can be made between 12821/22 Dhauli SF and 18303/04 Puri SBP Intercity.

The rake of 12821 after arriving at Puri can leave Puri as Puri SBP Intercity and arrive at SBP at 10.30 pm.

rake will undergo PM at SBP overnight and leave early morning 5 am from SBP, thus arriving at Puri by 11 am, and further can leave Puri as 12822 Dhauli SF. After arriving HWH, the rake can go SM at SRC yard. And next morning can again start as 12821 Dhauli from Howrah.
By this arrangement, only 3 rakes will be needed (2 operational and 1 stand by rake), instead of 4 rakes as of the present day.

Not rath yatra special. It ran almost maximum time of the year in last 2 to 3 years sometimes with unreserved coaches and sometimes with Sleeper coaches. This train got Approved in IRTTM also. Don't know why it never got regular?

Ohhh...my mistake...I misunderstood it to be an intercity.
Yes, an overnight special was introduced between Bhanjpur-Puri which used to cross BLS at around 12 am and in return from Puri, it used to cross BLS at around 4 am.

Yes....Overnight demand is not much from Bhanjpur/Baripada to Puri.
Instead, they can just extend the BGY-BBS to Puri.
