NS-TCTB was just proposed in a timetable meeting and has not been approved. So, it's a long way away from becoming a reality.
So, to address BZA/GNT's quota issues Kondaveedu is the only possibility now. SCR has been reluctant to just increase the frequency of the train despite its good patronage. In such case, a change in schedule for an extension is very unlikely. Not to mention, with the current schedule, it won't have any time for PM if diverted to VSKP.

It will receive a lot of opposition.
If VSKP is getting a new train to SBC via RU, then they should just leave Kondaveedu alone. It has suitable timings for the BZA/GNT area, and is also useful for people coming to Amaravati. Any change in its schedule or quotas would be a loss for this area.
