Why this discussion regarding cc n route
One side is spl fare which is in WL or will be,12-3ac is not required may be ser don't want too keep coaches in yard SL less they might have sufficient coaches

How do expect 12 -3ac that too suvidha to be full? On non festive time? Return its spl farelast time 300+ seats were filled
12 3AC coach will not get full in Festival time also if suvidha tag given...see the run of SRC-HAPA suvidha spl ran in Durga puja and Diwali Festival season but then also because of suvidha status it ranned Empty full month. Passengers rejected suvidha status trains but SER still don't understand
