Most users who post such videos have tens tens/hundreds of thousands of subscribers to their YouTube channel, who get immediate notification when a new video is posted
Maybe if one of those guys is an a member here and posts the same on IRI, they may get a dozen more views - and that's not going to "demotivate" anybody

That's how such videos are immensely popular garnering millions of views within days
Maybe if one of those guys is an member here and posts the same on IRI, they may get a dozen more views and that's not going to "demotivate" anybody
Even so, we do foolishly remove such videos from IRI to supposedly "curb this practice"!!!

However let's not be totally FOOLISH naive enough to think that any measure on this site actually "demotivates" anyone in the slightest degree, especially when a LOT of money is being made in other places hosting AND posting such videos

We do remove such posts when reported (whereas YouTube & FaceBook do not)
