train starts at evening in VSKP means it can reach early morning to MS so that working staff and students may get time to settle down fast and run to their particular plans.
And in return if train starts around 23:00 in MS means again they will have more time in Chennai for finishing their activities and as a result VSKP arrival will come afternoon only as per my view.
