As per this circular, all kind of LC will be eliminated from 30th aug and all trains will run with single traction. Only LC which are accompanied with LR will continue

I completely get it CR has problems for handling loco changes at Wadi. But here the question arises when Chennai Mumbai trains are handled so effectively for handling loco changes why not Wadi? See earlier there were problems for Bangalore train's due to non availability of Loco's at SWR CR can't handle , Also the biggest advantage what CR train's had while heading towards SR zone was because they have en no.of e Loco's which makes easy for them to handle. Now that we got our own shed CR shouldn't face any problem handling SWR train loco changes. Loco is SWR and trains are SWR so obviously to Bangalore train's SWR Loco's only will be alloted am I right or wrong ?

I think loco availability was not the problem earlier.
The problem was with the layout of the yard at Wadi, because of which there were some problems in handling too many loco changes. It could have been due to insufficient arrangements for stabling idle locos, or a track arrangement which blocked traffic during a loco change.
Now, as to why most of the Bangalore bound trains run on diesel locos and not the Madras bound ones, it is because of the higher availability of d-locos at Bangalore. It is just the

Since Wadi has a limited facilities for a loco change, they have to prioritize some trains over the others for a traction change. Now it is difficult for trains coming from Madras to run on diesel traction end-to-end, as there is very limited diesel loco availability at MAS. So, between Madras and Bangalore, the Madras bound trains get higher priority for a traction change.
Since trains going towards Gulbarga have to change to diesel traction, considering that SWR has a large fleet of diesel locos, it would make the job at Wadi easier, if the Bangalore bound trains run with diesel traction all along the route. This way, they can avoid a loco change at Wadi.

Yeah baba see that is what I have mentioned above , since u yourseld told me , As to why most of the Bangalore train's run on diesel traction and not the Madras one's as they have higher Availability of diesel Loco's that's why they run with diesel right? This is what iam trying to explain you now we got 10 set of E Loco's at KJM and in coming months we could get few more which can help CR handle E Loco's change effectively as we have our own Loco's. And now even the no. Of diesel Loco's that are at KJM which u say SWR has a large fleet tomorrow same Diesels would be vanished once SWR gets the rolling stock Of AC loco's upto 50 that can actually even help out CR handle loco changes effectively.
