Updates regarding pfm-prg doubling.
In my last blog post /blog/post/4279560 on 03rd April, the ends on both the sides of pfm-south ganga bridge were having trees, jungles etc but this time on 13th June, both the sides have been almost layer formed with soil and then blast for laying of tracks. If the work continues with same speed in monsoon also, prg-pfm doubling will complete by sep-oct.
Pic 1: ganga bridge south (prg) side soil and blast layer is being covered from side with stones to prevent soil erosion.

Prg-Ald have chances of doubling completion by next month.
As in my last blog post /blog/post/4279560
The poles for electrification of the doubled line between Ald to Prg were mostly erected, this time, I saw wiring also done fully.
Also, 300-400 metres stretch near Ald station east end which was not started ( may be due to wires from SSP coming perpendicular...

Partially Correct
There are chances of Ald-Prg doubling completion by 15 Jul as said in article.
But full Ald- Lko route doubling is given wrong.
Ald-Lko will be double lined only from Ald-Pfm and Rbl-Lko if we go via Unchahar & Ald-Pfm and Pbh-Lko if we go via Pbh and both the routes will take atleast upto March for above said doubling except Ald-Pfm....

Great news.Ironically by the time ALD-PRG is doubled, the pass traffic on this stretch has already been reduced by more than 50 percent as all 16 trains originating from ALD has been shifted to Prayag ghat.But goods traffic remains & doubling will be useful for smooth operation..
