In EMUs that travel a long distance, like those Sealdah-Lalgola EMUs, there is definitely a need to have a place to clear their overflowing tanks. One absolutely cannot stay 5 hrs straight without getting relief. Short distance EMUs do not need it, for the sake of extra space for 20 people to stand. To be honest we should not let EMUs travel a great distance like Sealdah - Lalgola. Longer MEMU rakes should be the norm for longer distances as they are much more comfortable

Thanks, but there are many EMU which travel 2-3 hours. I think there should be toilets in those trains.
