Nizamabad, the 3rd largest city of Telangana and a major railway junction with as much as 20,000+ footfall per day, lacks these basic facilities and amenities
1. No Pitlines
2. Just 3 platforms
3. No service to New Delhi
4....
more... Not a single train towards North and Eastern India
5. No Escalators, and low width foot over bridges
6. Rear ticket premises/entrance is always closed
7. Unclean ticketing premises at front entrance
8. No serious luggage/security checks
9. No specialised free parking for motorcycles
10. Most water faucets aren't working
11. Sleepers/Aprons smell disgusting
12. No serious renovation or infrastructure development
13. Single diesel line since 1905, no electrification
14. No ATM at railway station
15. No Railway Hospital (not even a clinic)
Since the railway station was built in 1905, tell me what SCR has done for Nizamabad except the construction of NZB-PDPL stretch which took 20 years.
Still I don't understand how Nizamabad tops the ranking.
