Just completed my up and down journey in Tejas exp (same day) and my observations:
1. Cleanliness - 5/5 . The OBHS is quite active. Once the trai reaches KRMI, gates are closed and again opened at 1400 hrs (normally it reaches by 1330 hrs). In this 40 mins all the used glasses, bottles are collected (except newspapers) and train is again cleaned and moped. In 40 mins its again spic and span.

coaches, handwash sensors were not working so manual ones were present.
3. Food - 4.5/5, Had the lunch been hot, it deserved 5/5. Food is great and meals are provided timely. Tasted both veg and non veg and it was good.
CSMT - KRMI -
0600 hrs - morning tea with marie biscuit
0645 hrs - Breakfast (2 idli, 2 vada, sambhar, chutney, salt, mango drink)
1100 hrs - Soup
1145 hrs - lunch (rice, 3 big roomali rotis, paneer subzi, sheera, solkadi, daal)
KRMI - CSMT-
1500 hrs - snacks (kachori, haldiram khatta meetha, sauce, cream biscuit, tea)
1830 hrs - Soup
1915 hrs - Dinner (same as lunch, paneer replaced by chicken in non veg)
NOTE - NO TIPS ASKED BY ANY STAFF.
4. Punctuality - 5/5, Delayed by 15-20 min at intermediate stn but reaches early or on time at destination.
5. Railfanning - Do I need to tell anything? Travels via Konkan.
6. Comfort - 4/5, seats are quite comfortable. Entertainment option works well but movie and song choices are limited. 6-8 movies and 20-25 songs.
AND yes, one more thing to add,
7. Safety - 5/5, Though no RPFs present but it still feels secure. The automatic gates only open at scheduled stoppages and not at the places of crossing/unscheduled ones (disappointing for RFs). The TTEs make rounds almost every 30-60 mins and make sure no one creates any ruckus. The attendants are also friendly and talk to you with a smile and are always present in every coach to help you. Plus the working CCTV cameras in the coach helps enhance safety.
