Extend Asansol-Sealdah Intercity upto Adra or Purulia and cancel Adra-Asansol MEMU" says CPTM SER. Report says if the slot of current MEMU is withdrawn the intercity can easily enter into SER region. "A lot of people board the MEMU to catch the intercity at ASN in hurry. Many face injuries during rush towards platform number 7. If extended, the tremendous rush for mainline stations can simply rely on this. Presently, there is no direct train which connects BWN or BDC with Adra, Purulia.
Interim directive asks for rake transfer to SER...

Construction of pitline at PRR is still a distant dream. Board is very busy in other projects.
Very sad for Purulia .
Board don't think about Purulia. Not very higher facilities at the station and not platforms sheds at 2,3 & 4
In the rainy season passengers have very difficult condition to board or deboard the train

But what is the future plans of Ser Or why Pitline at ADRA is modified and Extended. SER must have some planning because without future planning SER would not have spend money to renovate and extend pitline at ADRA.

Yaa, pitline extend because i think that shrimoni rake, prr-vm exp rake and such memu rake maintenance there .
