Allahabad Lokmanya Tilak Terminus AC Duronto Express having a technical halt at Jabalpur Junction PF# 1, for traction change.
A train from NCR HQ going to CR HQ (same city different terminal) having a technical halt at WCR HQ.
There were total of 3 Tughlakabad WAP 7 at Jabalpur Junction during that time, one was lying on PF#1 (can be seen in last two pics), one was nearby Pitlines and the third one was with Green WAG 9 at the other end of PF 1 which was attached to our train.

ALD Duronto running with TATA WAP7 on HOG mode with both EOGs off.

I think the last EOG was on. I maybe wrong, but I think I heard an EOG on sound when the train passed Shridham (Can you Re-watch and confirm ? If you don't mind).
BTW is it possible to change loco while the train is in HOG mode ? Wouldn't it cut off power to the entire train. Plus I think EOG would also take a certain amount of time to start right ?

EOGs are simply Generators. They could take 5-10 mins to be fully functional. The description of the video says 'experimental HOG run'. Maybe it's on experimental basis. Though I am not fully sure about this. The owner of the video can explain better.
Yes the HOG may be running, but I don't think the last EOG was off because I'm quite sure I heard an EOG during Shridham waala part in that video.
It's good to see Railways is experimenting with this train, atleast for now one thing is assured that it'll get WAP 7 links mostly. Tughlakabad, Ghaziabad, Tatanagar done (Maybe Ajni too); Lallaguda, Royapuram, Bhilai, Vadodara, Santragachi and Visakhapatnam remaining. ЁЯШВЁЯШВ
