This train has 4.5 hours of Turn-around-time at CDG and 25 hours at PPTA. This proves insufficient 90% of the time at CDG, because 2 hours of rake cleaning leaves only 2 hours as room for delay in arrival. Result also is dirty rake, no water in S-7 coach for the entire journey.

Note: Due to OHE problem (due to storm and tree felling) 2 hour delay was caused between LKO and SLN. Still this train stops for hours before stations since delay apparently leaves no space for it at platforms. It stopped at NEO for 3+ hours just 6 km form DNR, on main line!! I think DNR division needs a one-way ticket to...any where they wish...for their world-record breaking efforts at service. I got down with other people and took a tempo to DNR and then booked an ola cab. Others switched to the looping trains like BGP Garib Rath (last seen at DNR) and S Kranti (was waiting 20 min at NEO).

Suggestion == Just like auto cancel of WL ticket (when booked online), railways should auto-refund % of fare for delay, depending on % of delay (such as simple 1:1 correspondence, no refund for no delay, 100% refund for 100% delay). We need performance based feedback to controlling staff etc. What better then the money based incentive? Seems fair also, if that is important!
