Exactly Anna.. travelled in this on 5th January..
Maintenance was nill,garbage on the floors,soiled toilets, dangerous heavy jerks,6.15hrs resheduled at nzm and reached sc@7th jan 8.30am(18.30hrs late)..34.30hrs journey in a train full of garbage..these all given me the worst train journey ever till date to me.
