And also Recent Words from RM to make Complete Electrification throuht india by which Deisel Loco used for Shunting and Eloco for journey so How one can Let KJM for desiel itslef as it is one of the mighty player of the zone and area too. So it will get first prefernce for holding Eloco's instead for going new one some where. Whih reduces over all cost for the IR also. only Upgradation costs needed. this is my thinking brothers i might be wrong too correct me please if i am wrong.

KJM is the easiest, cheapest and most practical option for SWR. No need to acquire new land, just do some OHE work around KJM yard, ask for transfer of some extra locos from ED/RPM/AJJ, and KJM ELS is ready!

Karnataka have two DLS. One is in KJM/Krishnarajapuram and other is in UBL/Hubballi Junction (Hubli) so most probably KJM DLS might get chance to be get converted from DLS to ELS however as SR and SCR have 3 (AJJ, ED & RPM) and 3 (BZA, KZJ and LGD) ELS respectively who can provide eloco's to Karnataka so chance for KJM is less.

Yes economic way if we think then SR and SCR E locos are enough but poll they asked which will be first E Loco shed in karnataka so the guess is KJM and also in future if all together south rail lines get electrified their might be deficient of ELOCO so that time their will he opportunity for SWR to introduce self E loco shed with less investment and that will be KJM. Even after 5 years when UBL get Electrified lines via GTL BAY GDG then political game can change KJM to UBL shed to become ELOCO as its Head quarters of SWR and will have soft edge over KJM Politically and officially.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
