Lucknow NR is congested like heck, even though LJN had a loco reversal, it was less congested than this. Secondly, many trains have got LHB in the NDLS-MGS sector; so even trains like Puroshottom which ordinarily would not have OT this king now OT this(because of their higher mps).
IR should give it LHB(though that would reduce the seating capacity by some amount since it is a 24 coacher train) and as soon as the electrification work on NER section is complete, an end to end electric loco.
